Attended the "barista and latte art". Perfect instruction and enthusiastic coaching and coercing on someone who has no artistic ability. I made a heart!!! Left the course feeling enabled and certainly knowing a lot more about coffee and the importance of everything else. Stuart - you were great - thanks. - David

My sister and myself attended the 'barista and latte art course', we were made to feel very welcome and were inspired by Youri's passion and enthusiasm for good coffee! We certainly learnt a lot over the day and even though we weren't very good at the latte art it certainly didn't diminish our desire to make a good quality coffee. Limini has set us off on the right track an now we can't wait to put our new skills and knowledge into practice. Sally

I attended this course as I am about to open a new coffee shop. The reason I chose this course was that I not only wanted to to learn how to make great coffee but also wanted to know about the business side of the industry and get all the necessary information. This course more than fulfilled all the requirements and feel it was definitely worth the money, four hour drive to Bradford and additional hotel expense. All the staff at Limini are wonderful but the course instructor Stuart is just amazing. He has incredible knowledge, expertise and patience. He is a superb barista but also has so much knowledge about the financial and day today running of the business. He is an amazing instructor. He made the course not only very informative but also very enjoyable. They had also arranged for another coffee shop owner and a Limini client to spend the whole day with us and it was wonderful to get insight into the his experiences. It was also lovely to meet Youri, the owner of the business. His passion and knowledge of the industry is also very infectious. We originally attended the 'How to start a Coffee Shop' training a few months back at the start of our business venture. This time we were returning for more practice on coffee making, and also to get some great tailored advice for our business now we are much closer to this being a reality. The course did not disappoint, and Stu's expert help and guidance have been vital in our business start up progress. My business partner and myself recently attended the 2-on-1 'How to Start a Coffee Shop' day course with Stuart. The day was very informative but relaxed and fun at the same time. Stuart really knows his stuff about coffee and the industry and it was great to spend the day with such a passionate and enthusiastic individual. The day was very well organised and well structured between the theory and practical side of the course. Over the day you get to learn to make (and drink) lots of different coffees, learn all about the equipment, grinders & beans as well as practise some latte art. The rest of the day was extremely informative and we where able discuss and ask lots of questions regarding the financial side of running a coffee shop business. We both left the day feeling so much more confident & prepared to start our own speciality coffee shop in London. Massive thumbs up to Stuart and the rest of the Limini team for offering such a great course plus all the after course support. What can I say apart from firstly a big thank you to Stuart for his expert guidance, help and patience. And secondly, I went on the course only being able to make a mediocre coffee at home but WOW what a difference a day makes, I have learnt so much about many different aspects of coffee, a first class course and lots of useful information.
