Anyone who is thinking of setting up a coffee shop or just has an interest in coffee should go on one of these courses without a doubt! I've just spent a fantastic couple of days learning about the business side of setting up a coffee shop and also how to make GREAT coffee. I particularly liked how Youri persevered with us to ensure that we mastered each aspect of making the coffee so that we got a great result at the end. I also really liked the relaxed approach to teaching us the important business stuff and the great tips you can only get from someone with lots of experience. Overall the course was very informative but also super fun! Youri was so helpful and friendly and one thing's for sure, you'll want to get your coffee shop up and running ASAP as you won't want to go back to drinking 'normal' coffee again once you've tried Limini's! - Gill

A great two days course with Youri: professional, informative, complete. Gives a lot deeper understanding what it is a good cup of coffee. I believe we have touched all the sides of opening a coffee shop: products, finances, shop set up, employment, legal requirements and how enjoyable it could be if you do it right........... If you not sure yet to take a course or not I would say definitely GO FOR IT. A big thanks to you Youri and all your team, every minute was worth it. - Sven

The 2 day 'How to start a Coffe Shop' was - IN A NUT SHELL AMAZING! As a qualified teacher for the previous 18 years of my life - an OFSTED inspector would say -Youri was OUTSTANDING! The pacey delivery & humourous 'bannter' was loads of fun- The amount of knowledge we acquired in 2 days, not to mention the Barrista skills, was way above my expectations. I have a premises at the negotiation stage and hope to be open in February & cannot wait for the big day - the next 'chapter' of my working life. I intend to send potential staff, as part of their 'interview process' on the 1 day Barrista course to see if they have the necessary skills before employing. I will be going back too to improve on my skills - & observe!! After all initial reputation can 'make or break' a new business. I now feel, whatever the economic climate, after this course my business will be successful. - Fee

Hi Youri, we had a brilliant time on the course thank you! It way very enjoyable and we got so much out of it with all the information and advice, not to mention the delicious coffees! We visited a coffee shop on Saturday, in the same town as we hope to open ours, and nearly spat the coffee out. It was awful! We obviously now consider ourselves connoisseurs...! I would like to thank Stuart for the professional and very informative training that I received on 'How to start a coffee shop'. I liked the in-depth knowledge on coffee, how to professionally make the various brews and how to plan, organise, and sell to customers. I had a 1-1 theory session with Youri and what a great help its been with my cash flow forecasting, its put things into perspective! I would highly recommend anyone to do this training who is thinking of starting a coffee shop and will definitely be going back for more training and the coffee been great is just the icing on the cake! The 2 day How to Start a Coffee Shop was a fantastic insight into coffee and the logistics of running a coffee shop. Stuart couldnt be faulted for his knowledge and enthusiasm especially at my very poor effort at latte art!! A fun but informative couple of days with great coffee to boot. Fun and informative, great tuition from a friendly team. Inspired idea to have a presentation from a previous course attender and new coffee shop owner, complementing Stu's excellent instruction.
