I attended the Barista Training (3hr) course. I thought both the information given and the teaching style was excellent. Vicki, the trainer, was really friendly and very knowledgable and i felt had tailored the course to my level of ability. I gained loads of knowledge and got to play with a range of machines and used a number of different methods, not to mention having the option of drinking dozens of coffees (i highly recommend you don't try to drink them all!). All in all, an excellent course. I would be happy to recommend Limini to anyone thinking about doing any barista training. - Mike

Ali and I just wanted to email to say what a great day we had on Saturday. Youri, I know we had expressed our concerns to you, but we can confidently say they were unfounded. Vicki was absolutely EXCELLENT! We could not have hoped for a better trainer. The training was beyond our expectations. Vicky covered absolutely everything, and answered all our questions. She was extremely thorough and both Ali and I really learned a great deal, and had a great day. Vicki, thank you for a really excellent and memorable day! We were really impressed with your knowledge and enthusiasm. Thank you for staying late to ensure that every single item on the agenda was covered. We could tell that you did not want to miss anything out and wanted to make sure we were taught everything promised on your website. We really had a great time making the coffee, and again, as per your promise, by the end of the day we were able to make all of the coffees on your menu. To be honest, we both really miss the coffee making as we enjoyed it so much! Ali even said that we should get a commercial coffee machine at home! Youri, Vicki really is a credit to your company and we cannot speak highly enough about her and the training she delivered. She made it enjoyable, and even the areas we did not understand straight away, she was more than happy to go over again until we understood. We are so glad we came on the course as it has given us the confidence needed to move forward. We really enjoyed both the theory and coffee making. The coffee, by the way, was really good! I have never known Ali not to have sugar in his coffee! When Vicky told us initially that a good cup of coffee should be sweet, we were sceptical, but she was absolutely correct! We really did love the coffee blends we tried, and the hot chocolate was amazing too! Thank you again for giving us the knowledge and confidence to pursue our dreams! We attended the Barrista training at Limini and our trainer was Vicki who is very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and a great teacher, we had a amazing afternoon and learnt so much in just a few hours. The coffee is amazing!! You couldn't choose a better company to do training with or for that matter to be your coffee supplier. We attended the Barista training course and Latte Art, a whole day of learning and also drinking coffee!!! It was very enjoyable and informative, we really did learn a lot to help our business. I attended the barista training course along with a latte art course with my friend earlier on this week. I cannot stress enough just how much I enjoyed the day, it literally flew right by and I couldn't believe that we had been at it a full day. Vicki was fantastic, as well as being full of knowledge on all things coffee, she kept the day exciting and fresh and had us laughing all day long. I would definitely recommend Limini and in particular Vicki if you're wanting to brush up your barista skills. I will definitely be looking at getting on board with the advanced barista course as soon as possible. - Sean

It was our first barista training course and we really had a fantastic time here at Limini. My husband and I are from Thailand. We both are in the UK for studying but as we are passionate about coffee and have always dreamt to have our own coffee shop in Thailand, we decided to look for a great place to learn how to make a perfect coffee. Finally, we found a marvellous one! At Limini, we received greater understanding about coffee and coffee making from the origin of the coffee beans to the serving of each type of the coffee brew which was awesome. In the training, we got a chance to practise a lot. If you are a newer to coffee, know so little about it (like me), I would really recommend you to take a course here and you will not disappoint! Thank you very much Vicky who was our encouraging and wonderful trainer. We really enjoyed our time at Limini and also practise the barista skills learned from you at home every day.
