I had been making my own Cappuccinos and Latte's at home fro about 10 years but totally self taught. I gad worried that the basic course might be to basic....but i also thought as i am self taught maybe i had bad habits and of course you don't know what you don't know. So i went on the basic course, some of it i did understand pretty well but quickly learnt i had a lot of holes of knowledge to fill. The instructor was fantastic, a good balance of passion, knowledge and humour. I learnt a lot and can not wait to put it all into practice now, i also decided at the end to buy some of their house blend beans and they are delicious. Thank you so much guys for a fantastic day. I loved every minute of the course, Vickie was amazing and fun, and I thank her for teaching me how to make beautiful, coffee and a teddy in the Latte art section of the course. although I was dreading the business side of the course( the Numbers and Vat, Vicky made it understanable and put my mind at ease about the busines side of things.
