What a brilliant day with Youri, he was very patient and shared so much knowledge with us. We learned how the different brewing methods can make such a difference to the taste. It's all about the grind and the crema! By the end we had got to grips with our foam control and were making lovely Lattes. I hope we will be back for the 'How to Start a Coffee Shop' course. - Tamsin

Great training session agian with Limini. Second trip up to Bradford to brush up on barista skills with Ruth and despite the 4 hour drive (Bradford not exactly local) it was well worth it. Although a long drive for us, they feel local! The team are friendly and have held our hands every step of the way and given us a personal and professional service throughout . The course was great fun. Well worth doing. My trainer, Ruth, was patient and good humoured making the whole experience both interesting and illuminating. I learned a huge amount about the care of the coffee, the care of my machines and the effort that goes into making the best coffee possible. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is working in a cafe, or who just likes good coffee and all of the fun that goes with it. A great day out! - Brian

Just writing to confirm my enjoyment and improved knowledge after taking a Business Course with yourselves last Monday. Everyone was very friendly and Youri is extremely knowledgable about the coffee world and its' workings. I only took the How To Start A Coffee Shop course as I am at the very start of my idea. I Ieft armed with many ideas and plans as to the way to go and detailed costings, which are essential before I get in too far. I didn't want to do a barista course until I knew if a coffee shop is viable to me. I am now sure it is. In the future I shall attend and send all staff on courses with Limini to learn to be baristas. I could learn and pass it on but I feel that the Limini experts will do it much better and the investment worthwhile. Despite only doing a business course I was very helpfully introduced to the barista side of it and the coffees were superb. I will be back! - Adrian

I booked myself on to the "How To Start A Coffee Shop" course which included barista training. I spent the day working with Ruth on my coffee and with Youri on the business model and plan. Their help and guidance was invaluable. The detail and the dedication that both put into this course made every second of this day worth it. I was able to walk away from this course knowing that I had the confidence and the knowledge to get started with my own coffee shop. A huge thank you to the entire team who were really helpful- but an extra special thank you to both Ruth and Youri, I'm looking forward to doing a couple more courses before I open my shop! - Imran

Went on the one day barista/ latte art training as an enthusiastic beginner. The training was everything we hoped for. We left feeling capable of making better coffee than the vast majority of the places we visit in the UK. Youri is an expert and patient teacher. The course was pitched perfectly in terms of theory and practice balance. Great fun and would echo the other positive reviews. Just need to start saving for a new machine now! - Stephen and Kate

Brilliant Barista Course!!! Delicious coffee, expert knowledge delivered in a fun, easy to understand informal way and lots of chance to practice practice practice ... and the best bit.... THE TASTING ;) Really opened our eyes to how good coffee should taste... Covered lots of aspects of coffee making from bean origins, to a live roasting demo, grinding, espresso making and milk steaming... Highly recommended whether for personal use of commerical interest. - Corrie

My husband and I attended the 4 hours barista training€ on one Saturday morning. There were only 4 of us, so the class size was just nice, which allowed the instructor, Youri to give full attention to everyone. It was a wonderful barista training experience. There were many cups of good quality coffee tasting (the coffee was the best we ever tried after living in Nottingham for few years), understanding the different types of coffee, gained knowledge of roasting, grinding, dosage, temperature, extraction time, milk steaming & all the factors attribute to a perfect cup of coffee. Youri had shown us how to create beautiful latte arts design eg tulip, bear, swans. We got to practice this during the hands on coffee making session. Though I failed to create even a simple flower art, it was really interesting. Probably we should practice longer and make more cups of coffee. Youri was a great instructor. The learning environment was relaxed and friendly. The hands on session was really exciting and fun. Youri had given us a lot of guidance.
