I found the How To Start a Coffee Shop course hugely beneficial and valuable as I consider my next steps and options. Lumini's approach is very collaborative and thorough. I was very keen to understand profit margins, management of staff and general pitfalls much better. I was not disappointed and Luke was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. His manner is also very encouraging and positive. I am now much more confident in my understanding of what's ahead if I choose to open a shop and have Luke and Lumini to thank for that. The course was exceptional value for money. Luke our trainer clearly had a wealth of experience and knowledge at his fingertips and was able to provide the training at the perfect pace for us. The coffee was sensational - we had a coffee of our choice made for us on arrival and our first thoughts were we want to make a coffee this delicious! By the end of the course our coffees were tasting great and gave us so much confidence that with a bit of practice at home we could be making barista style coffees ourselves to a very high standard. We were looked after from the moment we stepped through the door and were made to feel very welcome.
