I was blown away by the course, how to open a coffee shop. I learned how to make the different style coffee and left feeling like I could serve coffee's to customers and do some latte art which with more practice I could do well.

The course is so detailed. It is overwhelming how much goes into opening a successful coffee shop which this course helps with so much. We worked through everything I was given all the tools to help me set up a business which I could not have done with out Limini.

Victoria was my trainer and she was so so friendly and made me feel at home and be able to relax, be myself and talk honestly about what I needed from the course. I am so happy I had this experience and am more confident I can go head in the future with my plans to set up a business and it be successful. The support after is great, I can email to ask any questions I need answering which is super helpful should I need it.

I would say if anyone is considering doing this course it is money well spent. The knowledge and experience is what anyone who wants to open a coffee shop absolutely needs without question! Thank you so much - Antonella

Had a wonderful day at Limini today - we chose the two on one full day Barista course, with latte art. Being complete coffee novices, I was mentally preparing myself to be overwhelmed, but Vicki explained everything in clear and simple terms, checking we understood each step. She even managed to keep my 15 year old daughter interested, who I'd dragged along ( a future barista in the making now).

The coffee itself was the best I've ever tasted, after drinking what I thought was good coffee ( and hating it ) over the years, I can now call myself a coffee lover - of Limini coffee at least! Thanks so much, Jen & Emily - Jen Eachus
